Aaron Rogers finally reveals the hidden meaning behind his mysterious new arm tattoo

A month after his first inking, Aaron Rogers has finally unveiled the mystery behind the meaning of his new tattoo.

The Packers quarterback is accustomed to grabbing headlines with his right arm, but on July 6, his left made the headlines. A huge new tattoo revealedAfter sharing a photo of the tattoo on Instagram, Rogers said he would “share a little more” of it one day, and apparently, that day is now.

period A recent interview with NFL NetworkRodgers was asked about the meaning behind his new tattoo, which he was more than happy to share.

“If you’re not a student of astrology, there’s some weird stuff to see there,” Rogers said. “Three signs at the top: Aquarius on the right, Sagittarius in the center, and Scorpio on the far left.”

So why did Rogers choose these three specific emblems?

“I always say, ‘If I have a tattoo, I want to get some representation from my godson,'” the Packers quarterback said. “Right now, I have two godchildren — and I’m very grateful for that — one is Aquarius and one is Sagittarius, so I want to put their representation on my arm.”

As for putting a Scorpio sign on his arm, that has a personal meaning.

“Scorpio is the sign that resonates most in my natal chart,” Rogers said. “The rest has to do with the elements and a few other things.”

Rogers got his tattoo from Hungarian artist Balazs Bercsenyi, and if you’re wondering how the two of them met, here’s an explanation.

“I love this artist. I’ll know him for a while, it’s just divine timing,” Rogers said. “I was in Europe between trips. He lived in Hungary and everything came together to put that thing on my arm. I take it very seriously because that thing is always there…  .He’s a true guru and I’m really grateful to be able to work with Balazs and wear it on my arm.”

The Packers QB didn’t explain the meaning behind the two lions or the all-seeing eye, but it’s a mystery we can save for another day. So there you go. Now everyone can stop focusing on Rodgers’ left arm and start focusing on his right arm, which he will use to try and lead the Packers to a fourth straight division title.
