
A father in Shelby County, Ohio, shot and killed his daughter’s ex-boyfriend Sunday after allegedly breaking into the front door of his home.
WLIO notes The incident happened around 11 a.m.
WKEF Report Ex-boyfriend James Douglas Rayl, 22, was allegedly caught by the family’s Ring doorbell system trying to break through the front door.
Father warns Rael that he has a gun and tells him to leave. “Then Rael pushed the door several times and finally opened the door and began to enter the residence.”
The father fired three shots, and Rael struggled to get out of the house and collapsed beside the garage.
