JAKARTA, Aug 3 (Reuters) – U.S. payments company PayPal has registered as an electronic systems operator in Indonesia and its customers can now access its services, the company said on Wednesday.

Indonesia blocked PayPal’s website on Saturday for failing to comply with licensing rules, but access to the site was temporarily opened from Sunday to allow customers to transfer funds.
