Kansas voters passed a “no” on a ballot measure that would remove language protecting abortion from the state constitution, MSNBC political analyst Steve Kornacki said on “The 11th Hour” Tuesday. A “huge surprise”.

Kornacki said: “The big story tonight is obviously, this Kansas, this referendum, the Constitutional Amendment. It will keep the Constitution and Kansas fails to provide for abortion rights.
