An 11-year-old boy in Everett, Washington was used by a man to buy a drink from the boy’s lemonade stand with counterfeit $100 bills.
According to a Facebook post by the Everett Police Department, 11-year-old Jeremy used his pocket money to set up a lemonade stand to make extra cash in the summer when a man held a A fake $100 bill approaches the boy.

According to the Everett Police Department, Jeremy found the $100 bill to be a fake while trying to buy something at a local gas station.
Amy Steenfott, whose family is neighbors to Jeremey and his family, hosted a fundraiser Friday to help the 11-year-old rebuild his lemonade stand.
